What do I wear in the sauna?

You can wear whatever you are most comfortable in, but we recommend wearing a small amount of clothing. You can wear undergarments, bathing suit or athletic clothing.

Do you have a shower for after my session?

We offer complimentary Yuni shower wipes for after your sauna session to help you refresh and wipe off the toxins.

How often do you recommend using the sauna?
